Jessica Wollwage-Rymut

Jessica Wollwage-Rymut graduated from Northwestern University in 2007 with a degree in Political Science. After working for a year at a commercial real estate firm, Jessica was offered admission to the Chicago-Kent College of Law Honors Scholar Program. As an Honors Scholar, Jessica and her classmates enjoyed many unique opportunities, including working with Illinoislegalaid.org to create online tutorials for victims of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault.
During law school, Jessica interned at the Chicago-Kent Taxpayer clinic helping taxpayers prepare returns and negotiate with the Internal Revenue Service. She also volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with CASA of DuPage County, Inc.
Since completing law school, Jessica has focused her practice on family law, estate planning, guardianship, and estate administration matters. Her areas of experience include minor and adult guardianship, probate, adoption, divorce, parentage, maintenance, child support, child custody (allocation of parental responsibilities), visitation (parenting time), and post-decree matters.
Jessica has been licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois since 2011 and is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. She served as the 2016-2017 DuPage County Law Day Vice-Chair and the 2017-2018 Law Day Chair, and is the New Lawyer Division member of the DCBA Public Interest and Education Commission. She has participated in several continuing legal education seminars in the areas of Family Law and Estate, and routinely presents on estate planning issues for clients. In 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, Jessica was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star.
